We pride ourselves on harvesting raw organic honey as pure as can be found in its natural state.

We are chemical-treatment free beekeepers, working with natural "survivor" queens from naturally existing honeybee colonies, as well as very unique natural USDA queen bees imported from Russia in the late 1990's. These special bees have demonstrated the ability to resist pests and disease without intervention from heavy chemicals and antibiotics... the unfortunate standard in beekeeping today.

Our honey is bottled immediately after being taken out of the comb and is never heated or processed in any way. It also has absolute minimal exposure to air so its freshness is fully retained.
