We make small batches of raw milk handmade cheeses in the Salmon River Valley. Our milk comes from our own herd of Nubian goats & one Jersey cow. Our animals are grass fed and never given corn, soy, hormones or antibiotics. Because we are a grass based dairy, we make cheese when the sun shines, April - October.
