Hydroponics is the way of the future.

Hydroponics allows us to use 85% less water and 70% less space than traditional soil farming. This is extremely important in these times of drought and when land has become so expensive. We have plans to use all of our rain water (what there is of it!) to run our cooling wall in the summer.

One head of lettuce grown in the soil uses 50 gallon of water from planting to maturity. In our hydroponic system that same head of lettuce uses 1-2 gallon of water to maturity.

In our 44'x136' greenhouse we can supply lettuce for over 1000 families every single week, all year long.
