7U Ranch, LLC is located along the Salmon River near Riggins, in Lucile, Idaho. We offer raw milk products from pasture fed cows, USDA inspected pastured fed beef and lamb and pastured chicken eggs. The definition of natural is "true to nature", so we have adopted the motto: "True to nature, pasture fed."Cattle and sheep are rotated frequently on pastures throughout the year and are additionally fed sprouted barley grass grown right here on our ranch. All animals are supplemented with kelp, sea salt, trace minerals and diatomaceous earth. We do not use pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers, but instead use rotational grazing and hand picking to control weeds. We also feed pastures occasionally with sea salt, kelp and organic fertilizers as needed. We do not feed grain to our beef, sheep or dairy cattle. They are fed 100% on grasses and wild herbs. Our raw milk products include raw milk cream top yogurt, raw milk and raw milk half and half offered through our Idaho small herd permit. Please email us and check out our website for availability.
