Abundance Acres Farm

At Abundance Acres Farm, our focus is stewarding soils, livestock, and woodland. We pasture-raise animals for poultry, meats, and eggs and make maple syrup from a 1000-tap sugarbush. Our customers appreciate well-raised, Simply Good Food from near the foothills of the Adirondacks! And pollinators like bees, monarch butterflies, and dragonflies appreciate that we don't use pesticides or herbicides. 

Each year, we replace, upgrade, or add fencing to increase grazing area for animals. Weedy acreage and pastures are regenerated and reclaimed with sustainable methods that don't require chemicals. Hay made off of the land feeds our animals (alongside locally made baleage and feeds) in winter. Animal impact provides natural fertilizer as well as carbon sequestration. And selective logging allows maple trees to thrive while providing firewood to heat our home.
