Our farm has had no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbacides since we have owned it (April, 1997). We have a greenhouse, high tunnel & open garden area where we grow a variety of vegetables & fruits. We have heritage Belted Galloway cattle that are 100% grass fed. The Belted Galloway rates number two in bind taste tests of heritage breeds that are grass fed. We sell pasture raised chicken with no hormones or antibiotics. They are fed non-GMO, whole grain feed with organic supplements. We We raise Belgian draft horses and draft mules. They also help us work the farm. We have an on farm kitchen where we produce value added products. We make all of our items from scratch without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. We do breads, pastries, deserts, stocks, etc.
