Our pastured eggs are certified organic and Animal Welfare Approved. The hens are raised on pasture year-round to produce the highest quality, yummiest yolks possible. They are rated #1 in the country by The Cornicopia Institute! Our pigs are raised on pasture and rotated throughout the year to allow them to have access to fresh forage and plenty of room to roam. In addition, we feed 100% certified organic grains and vegetables in order to guarantee that the pork is free from GMOs, and herbicide and pesticide residues. We raise heritage Jersey and Galloway beef. They graze on lush, certified organic pastures in the summer and high-quality organic hay & alfalfa in the winter. Our cows get to act like cows - ranging, chewing cud, socializing, and relaxing in the shade on a hot summer day. We raise heritage turkeys on organic pastures and 100% organic grains. Our turkeys are truly free range, with access to a fresh pasture salad 24/7. Because we don't clip our birds wings, they have the ability to fly and roost in trees and enjoy the life of a wild turkey with the added benefits of unlimited organic grain and protection from predators with the help of Oly - our livestock guard dog.
