We raise some of the best heritage breeds including Black Angus cattle, Navajo Churro sheep (the chef's choice lamb!) and Old Spot pigs raised in the Northern California mountain air and sunshine by our family. We are Five Marys Farms (Mary, Brian and our four daughters - all named Mary!) and believe in raising animals the old fashioned way and not cutting corners.
All natural, grass fed and pasture finished and all beef is dry-aged 28 days for exceptional flavor.
