This year we are offering limited quantity of Toulouse geese for sale. We are dedicated to raising geese humanely and naturally. Pastured raised on grass with supplemental organic (only) feed always available. No medicines ever given, antibiotic and hormone free. When goslings, we provided just vitamins in their water. Clean water always available too.
Our Toulouse birds were processed by a local poultry processor recently and are available frozen in vacuum packed bags.
Our Toulouse birds range in weight from 6 to 8 pounds and are $10 per pound.

looks very country/clean
In the past, we also raised Heritage and Broadbreasted White turkeys grass fed on pesticide free pasture clean water, organic turkey feed, and clean country air. No medications, no hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics, no animal by-products, no fertilizers, and no herbicides. We are not certified organic because we are a small farm, but we raise our birds that way. This year we raised Toulouse geese in limited quantity using this same natural process.
