I had the pleasure of working with Big Sky Farm this past holiday season and purchased a white breasted turkey for my holiday feast. I was very pleased with the service provided in the handling and purchasing of the turkey and was impressed with the level of care and attention the birds receive while they live on the farm.

It was suggested to me by the owner that the turkey should be brined when preparing it for the feast. I took his suggestion and did so and I have to say it truly was the most flavorful, tender, juicy turkey that I have ever had in my life. No exageration! (And I would be happy to provide the recipe for anyone interested)
