Birdskog Farm

At Birdskog Farm, in Trumansburg, New York (about 8 miles NW of Ithaca), we grow organic vegetables on less than 1/2 acre of beautiful secluded land surrounded by trees. Our focus is on producing vegetables with the highest concentrations of antioxidants because they are better at assisting the body in dealing with inflammation and preventing disease. We irrigate with water from our beautiful 1/4 acre pond and we never use substances on soil or vegetables that we wouldn't put in our own bodies. 2017 is the first year of production. We'll be doing CSA and the Trumansburg Farmers Market. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!
