CSA: Birdskog Farm

At Birdskog Farm, in Trumansburg, New York (about 8 miles NW of Ithaca), we grow organic vegetables on less than 1/2 acre of beautiful secluded land surrounded by trees. Our focus is on producing vegetables with the highest concentrations of antioxidants because they are better at assisting the body in dealing with inflammation and preventing disease.
