Fiore di Capra is a small family owned Grade A Goat Dairy and Creamery. We are located in Southeastern AZ in the San Pedro River Valley. We offer Grade A Raw Goat Milk and a large assortment of raw milk and pasteurized goat cheeses, including crottin, logs, tortes, spreads, marinated chevre, queso blanco, and feta. We also offer Goat milk fudge, Goat Cheesecakes, and Chevre Truffles.
Samples of our products can be tasted at the St. Phillips Plaza Farmer's Market in Tucson on most Sundays.
