The Mushroom Hut @ Fox Farms

We have been offering workshops/classes through our local community college and have a couple of upcoming classes.  You can now sign up for the workshop/date here on LocalHarvest through our "online store".  We are offering Shiitake Mushroom Inoculation workshops 1) March 23,2013 from 1:00-5:00pm and 2) April 13,2013 from 1:00-5:00pm.  We will discuss the log yard, trees to use, inoculation (hands-on), care, harvest and more.
We are also offering Gonna Getcha Goat which is a basic introduction to those who are new to goat owning.  We will discuss breeds, uses of goats, maintenance, expense and more.  We will  offer these on 1) March 30,2013 from 1:00-4:00 and 2) April 20,2013.  These workshops will be held here on a working farm.  We have just started our kidding season for 2013 so, there will be baby goats to play with!
