Bluegrass Farmers Market

We hope everyone enjoyed our 2012 Market Grand Opening Day last Saturday. We had a great time and it was so much fun to see the shoppers with the Wildcat Blue market tote bags...all 500 of them! We love being able to show our appreciation to our customers by giving them something that they can really use...we support being “green” and hope that everyone will shop with the tote bags vs. plastic bags. And, by the way, it was wonderful to meet so many new folks and we hope that you continue to support our local farmers throughout the market season. Remember, we are Lexington's largest 100% homegrown/produced farmers market so the available items change as the seasons progress. Corn will be here before you know it!!! Stay tuned!

BIG NEWS...we have another market location! That's right, starting this Saturday the Bluegrass Farmers' Market will have two locations. Of course, the original market on Richmond Rd. will be full swing! Or, you can shop at the new Willow Oak location at 730 Millpond Rd. in the parking lot of the Willow Oak swimming pool.

We'll be set up in the beautiful tree lined parking lot of Pedal the Planet and Fast Signs, right next door to the Glenn Auto Mall on Richmond Rd. It's just a hop, skip and a jump outside of Man 'O War Blvd. Parking is right there so you don't have to drive around hunting for a spot to park. The parking lot is also paved and that makes it very stroller and wheelchair friendly!
