Bluegrass Farmers Market

The great news...the weather folks are predicting a beautiful Saturday! Even more great news...our farmers are still bringing 100% homegrown goodness to the market! That includes some of what most folks think of as “summer stuff” like corn and tomatoes. Yup, tomatoes will be at both market locations and corn will be available at our Richmond Rd. market. :) Don't forget those holiday favorites like sweet potatoes..you can find them at both locations and they store well...think Thanksgiving!

Yes, even though this is the last week for our Stonewall Center market, the main market at Richmond Rd. will continue through October 26^th and holiday gift offerings are sure to start appearing! Think jams, jellies, homemade soaps, wine, etc. A gift package full of 100% Kentucky Proud products would be a welcome gift for anyone. If this year is anything like the past market years, you'll be seeing more gift items like soup beans, fruit and pepper jams, herb baskets and soap gifts, etc. We'll keep you updated on the list of gift ideas.

We'll be set up in the beautiful tree lined parking lot of Pedal the Planet and Fast Signs, right next door to the Glenn Auto Mall on Richmond Rd. It's just a hop, skip and a jump outside of Man 'O War Blvd. Parking is right there so you don't have to drive around hunting for a spot to park. The parking lot is also paved and that makes it very stroller and wheelchair friendly!
