Bluegrass Farmers Market

It's time to celebrate farmers and the wonderful goodness that they bring to our tables...it's National Farmers Market week and the Bluegrass Farmers' Market is going to celebrate in a big way! Both Saturday market locations will have book signings by local Kentucky authors and of course, the topics will about Kentucky foods! The Liquor Barn Hamburg market location will have the Lexington Public Library on hand to tell folks about their upcoming programs. Music...can we say singing and dancing in the market aisles! Cooking demonstrations at both markets by the students at Sullivan University Culinary Arts Program...yes, they will be using market items! And, don't forget that some vendors offer samples of their great products. Look for market specials and freebies from some of our members too! So, what goodness will you find tomorrow?
