Contest Update and Market Calendar for August 14 & 17
We are currently in 6th place in the America's Favorite Farmers Markets contest sponsored by American Farmland Trust. We currently trail the leader in our category by 477 votes. We have a lot of catching up to do by August 31. Please vote today for Williamsburg Farmers Market and help us defend our title.

Buy local and support local farmers and bakers who sell fruit, seafood, cut flowers, cheese, honey, soaps, herbs and more at the Market. The Delvers will play from 9:00 to 11:00 and the Childcare Network will have activities for children.

Chef Maxwell of Down Home Virginia will be filming cooking demonstrations for his TV show at the final Tuesday market of the season.Maggie Stultz, known for her colorful ceramic dishes will be in the Artist Tent along with Polly Nunn, known for her botanical paintings. Farmers and bakers will sell peanuts, prepared foods, fresh produce, berries and other fruit.
