Mill-King Market & Creamery

We are the Millers, and we are located in central Texas outside of Waco. We are a family run farm that has been in operation for three generations. We produce low-temperature pasteurized milk, cheese, and cream as well as sell raw milk, eggs, beef, cheese, and pecans at our small farm store. We have a combination of handpicked Holsteins, Brown Swiss, and Jerseys that make up our milk. Our milk is rich with cream, but also smooth for drinking. We graze our herd as much as possible, but do have to supplement with grain when necessary to keep all of our cows healthy and producing quality milk. However, we do not feed any corn or soy. We raise all of our cows here on our farm from birth, and we feel that they are truly part of our family. Our store, Mill-King Market, located here on the dairy farm offers the preeminence of farm fresh products. We currently have certified Grade A raw cow milk for sale, eggs and local pecans (variety available-including organic and a special crispy recipe). We also offer raw cow milk cheese made by the Texas Cheese House from our raw cow milk. We have farm raised beef as well as other goodies that are locally grown or made here in central Texas. We strive to offer customers a variety of local products that are natural and healthy.
