In 2006, Turner Minx became involved in agriculture through 4-H. As the years went by agriculture became a more lucrative career option. In 2014 Turner left home and attended University of Wyoming in Laramie. After 1 semester Turner decided to transfer to an online program and earn his degree from home while building a career in agriculture. It was with this decision that Turkle's Nest Farm was born.
The vision for Turkle's Nest Farm is to provide the community with a source of fresh food and encourage participation in food production.
Offerings for 2015 include lamb, poultry and eggs. In 2016 we plan to establish vegetable production and have a presence at several area farmer's markets, while developing our current offerings.
