Butterfield Farm is a grass focused, family farm nestled in the foothills between the Adirondacks and the St. Lawrence River. We have been Certified Organic by NOFA-NY since 2005, and hold a raw milk permit from New York State. Our Jersey cows are fed a primarily grass-based diet, and spend most of their time on good pasture during the grazing season. We sell raw milk, beef, milk-fed pork, and eggs.
