We produce a variety of goat milk cheeses using the milk of our own nubian dairy goats. Our small herd is organically managed and each animal is treated with the love and respect they deserve as the foundation of what we do.
Our cheeses are made in our on farm micro-creamery using vegetable enzymes and herbs and other extras that are certified organic or grown by us without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Products are available at the farm, at regional farmers markets, CSAs and specialty stores throughout the region.
