This week (Saturday 3/21) we’re in Port Washington at the Investors Brewpub, 305 E. Washington, Port Washington, 9AM-Noon.

Also on Saturday(3/21), we’ll be at the Sheboygan Winter Indoor Market, held at the First Congregational UCC, 300 Bluff Ave, Sheboygan. 9AM to Noon.

And on Sunday(3/22) we’re at the Shorewood Winter Market, held at “The Atrium”, 2107 E Capitol Dr, Shorewood) from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. We will be there every other Sunday.

We have the following apple varieties available: HoneyCrisp, EverCrisp, and Granny Smith, along with: Fresh Pressed Apple Cider, Apple Hand Pies, Dried HoneyCrisp Apple Slices, Apple Pie Filling, Apple Butter, and Maple Aronia, Apple, & Hickory Syrups.

You have the option of ordering online and scheduling a pickup at our home/orchard or at the Fleet Farm parking lot on Wednesday’s, 5:30PM to 6:00PM

We bought apples at Mileagers Farm market held Sundays. We also bought Apple Pie filling. Wow! I always add butter and cinnamon but this jar of filling needed nothing. It is fabulous! I am a devoted canner/Pickler and very happy with this filling!

Wintertime in the Orchard

Now that we've had our first cold snap, we will be starting pruning the apple tree. Trees need to be 'cold hardened' before pruning. If they are not cold hardened, the pruning process will stimulate the trees and when we eventually get a cold spell, the trees may be damaged.
