We have sad news about Scappoose Farms.
We will close this spring 2011 due to continued illness in the family. Our needs must go towards the care of our family and that means moving into town closer to facilities.
I, personally, am terribly sad to leave our beautiful acreage, but life often throws us curve-balls and we must be strong enough to handle them.
Thank you so much to our valued customers and friends. We will miss you!!

The turkey we bought from Scappoose Farms last year was delicious! It was juicy and had great flavor. You can definitely taste the difference of a bird grown with care locally. We came back and ordered another one for this Thanksgiving!
I visited Scappoose Farms to see how they're raising their Heritage turkeys. The turkeys have lots of room to run in their enclosed run. While I was there, the turkeys were roaming about the upper pasture area filling up on bugs.

Scappoose Farms is closing spring 2011. We're sorry to leave our beautiful acreage but severe, continuous health problems demand it. We will miss all of our customers and friends too. Thank you for your support in the last years.
