Community Servings

Beginning Wednesday, June 15, 2011, Community Servings will be hosting its Farmers' Market in the parking lot of our building. Join us every Wednesday, 4pm to 7pm, and purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, and breads from vendors such as Millbrook Farm, Silverbrook Farm, and Stillman Farm; and fresh, local products from Blue Frog Bakery, Caramel Eyes candy, Fastachi Nuts, Golden Rule Honey, Nella Pasta, Cold Fusion Gelato, and Body Products by Celeste. Stay tuned for guest vendors each week too! In addition to providing access to SNAP and EBT benefits, our vendors accept WIC and Senior Coupons. The USDA supports our Farmers' Market & Nutrition Outreach efforts with money and coupons for Kitchen Talk and Operation Front Line cooking class attendees. Summertime participants in either of these programs are gifted with Farmers Market Coupons to spend on local foods.
