Terra Savia Winery & Olive Mill

Terra Savia is latin for "Earth Wise". For over ten years we have been a small, family-run winery and olive oil producer in the small town of Hopland in beautiful Mendocino County, California. Our products are made using 100% locally grown ingredients many of which are certified organic and estate-grown. 100% of our estate grown products are organic. Being a certified-organic olive milling facility we produce all of our own olive oil which we bottle and use in our soaps, salve and others. Our wildflower honey is made from bees housed in our CCOF-certified organic olive orchard as well. As farmers we are committed land and wildlife conservation. We only use compost for fertilizer and very minimal certified organic pesticides. A portion of our gross proceeds are donated to the Mendocino and Sonoma County wildlife rescue centers. In addition to participating in local farmers markets we have a tasting room open to the public where visitors can taste olive oil, wine, and sample our olive oil-based products as well as tour our olive mill to learn exactly how oil is made.
