Crow Haven Farm is a small family-owned business specializing in gourmet garlic (Hardneck, Softneck and scapes, scallions & Green Garlic), Heirloom Italian Roma tomatoes, onions, shallots & Brussels Sprouts.
I've grown gourmet garlic for about 10 years but only produced enough for family and friends. In 2018, I scaled up the garlic operation and now produce about 500 lbs (total) of several varieties of Hardneck (bulbs & scapes) and Softneck garlic and have expanded into onions, Roma tomatoes, Brussell's Sprouts and new this year shallots.

I have a limited supply as this was an experiment for 2026. Please let me know your interest via text 425-344-1466, first come first served.
