Digger Jays is a small family business located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley serving Chefs Nation-Wide.
It all began when my Grandparents taught me how to forage and harvest at a very young age. I've been doing this for over 40 years now and still love it as much as ever. My goal is to get " Wild Edibles" from the forest to market so others may also enjoy mother nature's wonderful bounty. I want to share my passion with others by teaching how to find "Wild Edibles" keeping the tradition of foraging for alive for many more generations to come.
