We grow endemic traditional Hawaiian food. Our farms have fruit and root stock dating back 2000 years from when the first Hawaiians arrived by canoe from the Islands of Tahiti.
We grow, harvest and process all our products in house. We grow in an authentic manner. We do not intervene with the natural cycle for our plants and animals.
We use no chemicals or machinery on our farms. We harvest by hand and can visit the same tree several time in the same day so as we take the fruit at the absolute highest sugar content.
