We are offering heritage turkeys only this year. They will process out to about 8-14 pounds each. All of them are free-range field-raised on organic pasture, as God intended them to be. Keep these heritage breeds going, and help support your local farmers!

NOTE: Because of concerns of avian influenza this year, we could only raise a limited number of birds in the field under netting. Thus, we do not have the heavier broad-breasted birds this year. As we net more and more of our fields, next year we should be back up to full production. I refuse to warehouse turkeys inside -- but by next year the fields should be all safety-proofed to provide the best of field-raised while keeping them safe.

Pricing this year is simple: $120 per bird, processed and oven-ready. Cash, check, or paypal are all accepted.
