Our family farm is nested in the Helderberg Mountains of upstate New York and our White Dorper sheep graze stress-free on the lush rolling pastures and drink from our artesian well. In addition to planted legumes, they also have full free-choice access to minerals and salt. All of our lamb is antibiotic and pesticide-free.
Our lamb is available year-round and is offered as flash frozen cuts from the farm or at select Farmer's Market Stands. Additionally, you can find our lamb at The Carrot Barn in Schoharie, NY and at Arthur's in the Stockade in Schnectady, NY. To enjoy our delicious lamb without the hassle of shopping, we are now offering a CSA-style "lamb box" that includes an assortment of our farmer's favorite cuts. We love our lamb and know your family will as well!
