Two Rock Ranch

Such wonderful people, Erik and Emily! Had their lamb at a CSA-members only farm party and it was amazing! My friend has a CSA share and got to invite guests and brought me along! We got a tour of the farm and saw how well the animals were cared for. They even have rescued alpacas with the sheep.

The food was amazing, the band was superb, and it was just a very nice way to support small, local farmers like Erik and Emily. Also, we got to participate in a free Beer (Amazing!) Tasting from Great Flats Brewing in Schnectady and Arthur's had incredible appetisers that they made! I'm joining the CSA just to be able to attend this party again!
