Fox Farm

* CURRENTLY- RHUBARB AVAILABLE. We are a family owned and operated small farm devoted to developing indigenous edibles and modeling a sustainable food system through embracing local ecology with deference to local indigenous agriculture. We are perpetually in-process. Currently our product includes dandelion greens, heritage rhubarb, and various flowers. In coming years our newer crops will be available; including, various native berries, ramps, fiddleheads, squashes, corn...and trees seedlings including elm, cedar, lilac, and cherry. We welcome trading of food goods and dialogue regarding similar operations and interests. Our property occupies the original home site of land historically farmed by the Roach Family, purchased by Thomas Roach Senior in 1816 from the Avery Family.
