Fresh Green Organic Garden

We are a small-scale, certified Organic microgreen and herb farm located in the beautiful Klamath Basin in Southern Oregon. We are fortunate to be able to harness the abundance of geothermal heat for our 1.5 acres of greenhouse space to grow fresh herbs and microgreens year-round sustainably. You can find us locally at Sherm's Thunderbird. You can also find our herbs and microgreens for sale in most Whole Foods stores in Oregon. Micro greens are tiny vegetable and herb plants harvested at about 2 weeks of growth; they are somewhere in between sprouts and baby greens and are grown in soil in trays. They are very nutritious and a delicious addition to just about anything: salads, sandwiches, smoothies, tacos, etc. Please let us know if you ever want to come by the farm for a tour, the geothermal-heated greenhouses are quite a site in January!
