Perhaps you have been a CSA member before, and know what to expect. Or perhaps you are considering your first CSA. One of our main goals is not to overwhelm our CSA Members with too much produce, but rather provide true value by supplying just what you need with no waste. We strive to offer common and comfortable staples through much of the season, which would include items like tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, beets, zucchinni, onions, etc. However, we also like to throw in some less common items to encourage you to explore cooking with different sorts of vegetables, such as kohlrabi, cabbage, kales, eggplants, asian greens, etc.
We publish a weekly newsletter through the season, providing updates on the farm, cooking/processing tips for the weeks produce, a recipe or two, advice on cooking with herbs, etc. Food is best enjoyed in good company, from seed to plate.
