Fresh Starts Farm

We are located on an amazing 160 Acres of mixed field and forest, located just west of Mora, MN, on the banks of the Ann River (a tributary to the Snake River, the confluence laying just south of Mora). Our philosophy is characterized by thinking of the farm as a living system, within which we as farmers tend to the health and well-being of not only our crops, but the soils, the waterways, the wildlife, the woodlands, our regional community and you, our customers. ​ While Fresh Starts Farm is examining Organic Certification, the reality is, we consider our growing practices to go well beyond Organic, and include perspectives and techniques from Permaculture, Biodynamic Agriculture, and Nutrient Dense Production. We produce vegetables, free-range eggs, and pastured pork. CSA shares are available!
