Our John Boy Farms cold climate garlic has been selected and adapted to the harsh conditions of Canada's prairie region, making it one of the best garlic sources in Canada. Our unique growing conditions produce garlic seed suitable for growing in most regions of Canada as well as produces table garlic with robust and concentrated flavour. We focus on Canadian heritage varieties as well as selections from around the world. All our garlic is naturally grown without the use of pesticides. We use compost, cover crops, good crop rotations and regular crop scouting to grow healthy garlic crops. Growing garlic is our passion.
