MUSIC GARLIC, $17/LB Music garlic sold by the pound. One pound is about six bulbs, and each bulb is about 2" in diameter, with 4-6 cloves. Music is a superior hardneck garlic variety, one of the most popular of the hardnecks. It's white skinned with large, easy-to-peel cloves. The taste is mild to medium hot, with a multi-layered, musky flavor. This garlic is able to be stored for 9 months to a year. Our farm is a small family-owned farm in Southern Maryland where we try to do everything naturally sustainably. Our garlic is grown, harvested, hung, and dried right here on the farm. This premium garlic has been grown naturally using no chemicals or preservatives.
