Sampson Family Farm

Sampson Family Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in North Florida, managed by three generations of our family. We proudly serve customers throughout Florida and Georgia with quality grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb raised with care. 

We are a true pasture-to-plate farm. All animals offered for sale are born and raised on our farm. We also carry grass fed certifications with A Greener World and American Grassfed Association as well as certification for Animal Welfare Approved. 

Our Angus beef is raised with no added hormones and no added chemicals. Our steers are typically harvested around 1,100 pounds, which allows us to provide tender, flavorful beef with mindful portions for your family’s table.

We offer custom-harvest beef by the eighth, quarter, half, or whole steer. We deliver the animal to the processor, and customers may pick up their finished beef directly from the processor or arrange delivery service when available.

We also offer USDA-inspected individual cuts of beef and lamb through our online store. This gives customers the option to purchase smaller quantities, select specific cuts, or restock their freezer without committing to a whole, half, or quarter animal.

Our Katahdin lamb is also grass-fed and grass-finished under the same care and standards. Lamb is available as whole, half, and USDA-inspected individual cuts.
