They were so helpful and replied back to my questions quickly (and I had a lot because it was my first time). They were also very flexible in delivery. And most importantly, the meat is wonderful! Will definitely order next years meat from them!

We just purchased our 1st steer from Sampson Family Farm and are already planning our next order. I've been buying grass fed beef from publix and whole foods over the past 2 years which has been quite expensive. I was concerned purchasing a whole steer without tasting it 1st, but it is delicious. The meat is thousands of times better than what I have been buying in the store. We are so happy we have found a better place to get our meat, not to mention they are so helpful with the whole process.

Over the past several years, I have ordered a steer from the Sampson Family Farm and I'm 100% satisfied, both with the customer service I have received and the final product. Janet's communication regarding the estimated harvest dates, animal weight and final pricing have always been timely and accurate. The processer they use L & W, has also done a great job. Most importantly, the final product, the food I feed my family, is second to none. Living in south Florida, I could purchase an animal a lot closer to home but I choose to do business with Janet and her family and I will continue to do so.

I have already asked Janet how to arrange purchasing next year. She was extremely helpful in arranging our purchase, thoroughly answered multiple rounds of emails with questions, and the meat is great! The processor she used, L & W, was likewise helpful and accommodating. We chose Sampson family farm because of transparency in farming and cost and are very pleased. In particular, Janet helped me arrange the purchase of 2 entire beeves, which were split up between families once I got home. Personally, her attentiveness and responses to my emails were so reassuring and helpful, I will definitely purchase from them again!

This was my first experience buying grass-fed beef in bulk. I decided to try Sampson's Family Farm because their excellent website explained the aspects of buying so clearly and had lots of credentials in the way of certifications. I bought a quarter beef at first, just to try out the process and the quality of the meat. I could not be more pleased. Every question I asked was quickly and clearly answered by Janet. I never felt like an annoying novice in the whole process. The prices were comparable to other farms I looked at, but I doubt that beef from any other place could taste so wonderful - and be so tender. I had heard that grassfed beef tended to be a bit tougher due to the lower fat, but the beef I got from Sampson's is surprisingly tender. The processor was easy to deal with, plus I really like the way it is packaged and sealed and labeled. I will certainly be back for more humanely raised and healthy beef from Sampson's.

The very best grass fed organic beef ever! You can't beat the personal service either, the great overall quality and Mrs. Sampson is the best, she goes beyond what we call personal service! The processor was very professional and very kind, as well as being humanely certified. They did a wonderful job in what I ask for and their packaging was perfect as well as being very friendly. I'm very grateful for the Sampson farm services, being sick with an immunity disorder, I feel very nourished and I feel very safe eating this extraordinary beef as well as the humane way they raised their cattle, and the wonderful way they serve their community! I have nothing but good things to say about Sampson Family Farm and their beef. Janet was helpful in determining which product would be best for our family and extraordinarily helpful in arranging delivery as the steer were harvested the same time as our third son was born. The beef is the best we have ever had and we are pleased that the animals are treated well throughout their lives. We look forward to a long relationship with Sampson Family Farm.

We recently purchased a whole steer from the Sampson Family Farm and split it between four families. I had scoured the web for grass fed/humanely raised and slaughtered beef in the state of Florida doing as much research as I could. The Sampson farm was not only one of the best prices, but also the friendliest and most helpful, quickly responding to my many novice questions. I had purchased quarters from various farms, but never a whole. The best part was how tender and flavorful the meat was. We've enjoyed everything from the liver to the fillet and have not been disappointed one bit. It's not tough or overly gamey like some pastured meats can get. The processor they use was also very friendly and helpful. All the meat is very well packaged and sealed, which I can't say for some of the larger grass fed operations. Overall I highly recommend putting your name on the waiting list.

Four of us just bought our first "organic" cow. I cannot express how pleased we are with the flavors and quality of the meat. Customer service was wonderful and the harvesting house we used was very clean and professional. For our first experience it was fantabulous!

We purchased Sampson's beef just by looking at their Web Site, which was our first time to purchase beef in quantity. We asked to be put on a waiting list, and as soon as the Steer was ready they informed us by phone and email. We spoke to Janet after our purchase and she explained all the processes very clearly. We decided to purchase a side of beef. We are very pleased with the beef. Sampson's beef is high quality and most importantly I know and trust the source and the quality of Beef we are putting into our body. We are so thankful to them and what they provide to us. I do want to give a 5 Star to L&W Processor also. When we arrived to pick up the beef, they were so professional and understanding on our request for the Organ meats. They even gave us tips on the preparation of the organ meats. They also replaced a couple items because they noticed the seal was torn. A+ family business will be doing a lot more business in the future.

We have known the Sampson's for years. They have always showed the utmost respect for their land and their cattle. They are knowledgable, professional and passionate about providing a quality beef product to the community. Janet was very helpful in answering all questions that arose from purchase to packaging. I purchased Sampson's beef without even visiting the farm. I spoke to Janet and she explained all the processes so clearly that I was comfortable in purchasing their beef without a visit to the farm. I normally would not have purchased something like this without actually seeing the processes myself but Janet was honest and very open about whatever I asked. I was going to only purchase a side but then decided it would be more economical to purchase the whole beef. I am so happily pleased with the beef that I will never purchase from a grocery store again. I have bought all my meat from Whole Foods and the grass fed from their does not compare nor can Whole Foods' beef come close to the quality of beef you get from the Sampson's beef. I have a 9 cu. ft. freezer full to the top with the best beef I have ever tasted. THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF BEEF THAT YOU DO. JUST THE WAY GOD INTENDED IT TO BE FOR US. I am so THANKFUL they are able to do what they do and hope they will be able to do so for many, many years to come:)

After watching 'Food, Inc' we gave up factory farm meat, eating venison and hog we harvested in the woods, along with vegetables, beans and tofu. Then we discovered that a well known 4-H family was raising and marketing grass fed beef. After visiting the Sampsons, touring their abundant pasture land and watching them work with their animals, we knew this was the meat we could enjoy in good conscience. Healthy animals, plenty of grass and fresh water and knowledgeable management. No worries here about antibiotics or growth hormones.

Our first beef quarter was so good! We enjoyed many meals, including a roast for Thanksgiving that cooked in 45 minutes. We shared with friends unfamiliar with the lean, flavorful, quick cooking characteristics of grass fed beef.

Our freezer won't run out of Sampson beef!

I would rate this farm 5 stars - Definitely!!!! I have visited this farm on numerous occassions over the past 15 years and have always found this agricultural enterprise to be consistently on the cutting edge of what's going on in the agricultural community. The farm is clean and obviously well cared for. They handle all their animals with care and constantly look out for the livestock well being. I have purchased the beef and the quality is outstanding. The meat is nicely marbled, lean and very tender regardless of the cut. The Sampson's are vigilant farmers that have dedicated their lives to providing quality products at all times. I will continue purchasing from them for years to come.

I've been to the farm a couple of times and it's always a beautiful, peaceful place.
