Better Be Ellerbe Peaches

Better Be Ellerbe Peaches is a family peach orchard in Ellerbe NC, just coming into its prime. This year, the orchard is being managed by two Extension professionals who want to ensure the orchard is able to continue the delicious tradition of Sandhills peaches well into the future. We've implemented sustainable practices such as using compost as part of our fertility program and carefully choose chemical inputs to protect beneficial insects. We use OMRI approved fungicides as part of our disease management program when possible.
