The Crain family has been milking cows in northwestern Oklahoma since 1991. In 2005 we added a creamery so that we could process our milk into wholesome dairy products. Our mixed breed cows (Holstein, Milking Shorthorn, Jersey, Normande, etc.) are completely grass fed. By eliminating grain from their diet, our cows produce a milk that is higher in CLA's and has the Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in proper balance. Our cows' milk is made into yogurt, butter, cream, ricotta, yogurt cheese (similar to a softened creamcheese).
We also sell our tasty 100% grass fed/grass finished beef.

Wagon Creek Creamery offers tasty, wholesome grass fed dairy and beef products. We milk 25-40 cows, depending on the season, and process their milk into yogurt, yogurt cheese, ricotta, butter, cream, buttermilk, and dip. We raise our own dairy replacement heifers on the farm and raise our own dairy beef steers.
