We grow 320 different kinds of tomatoes without the use of chemicals of any kind, without plastic in the field, and without irrigation. We grow for flavor. There's about 10,000 kinds of tomatoes, we selected the 320 we grow because they were identified somewhere, in a contest, in a book, in a conversation, as having "great flavor". You may taste any tomato on display. In addition, we have scratch-baked goods made here on the premises by a professional pastry chef, and a curated selection of complementary items such as knives by Opinel, salts by Jacobsen Salt Co., and other specialty items.
