Raised on pasture with plenty of fresh air and sunshine, our animals never receive any GMO feeds or antibiotics. Our meats are sold as retail cuts at St. Louis area farmers markets, and are butchered and vacuum sealed under USDA inspection. Check our website for current pickup and delivery options.
Our first-generation farm is located in Dorsey, IL. We do not offer on-farm sales, but rather sell at farmers markets or community pick-up locations.
