Earth Angel mushrooms is a gourmet mushroom cultivator. In addition to cultivating mushrooms we also supply wild edible mushrooms when in season. We aim to educate people, as much as possible, to the benefits of mushrooms to our health and to our environment. Another goal would be to educate people to the world of fungi and to teach about the many wild edible mushrooms that grow in our backyards. We currently do the Wash. U farmers market on Thursdays from 10-2. Give us a call anytime if you are in need of mushrooms. We would be happy to deliver (for a minimum order) or come by and pick some up from my home.

Currently we grow and sell oyster mushrooms and are in the infancy of shiitake cultivation. In addition we grow lions mane mushroom. We currently sell to Schnucks, Local Harvest Grocery, and restaurants in the St. Louis area.
