Hillacres pride is home to 3 generations of the Arrowsmith family. For over 50 years, we have milked our Jersey cows on the farm. In 2003, we started the Hillacres Pride business. Under the Hillacres Pride label, milk from the Jersey herd is made into Hillacres Pride Premium Cheeses. The business began as a way to sustain the family Jersey farm and allow our children to experience the tradition of a family farm. Through farm life they hope to provide a safe and happy childhood for our children, while teaching them to be caring, responsible and self assured.
We offer handmade cheeses, pastured beef and a limited amount of lamb and pork.

We began making cheese from our herd of Jersey cows in 2003. We have a small, family dairy farm where we pasture our Jersey cows. We make raw milk aged cheeses, pasteurized fresh cheeses and are working on new goodies all the time. We also sell raw milk, Jersey beef, and pastured pork and lamb. We sell at farm markets in the Philadelphia area, off the farm (call first) and through some small orchards and natural food stores.
