We’re Covenant Pastures, a small family-operated raw dairy in Cylinder, Iowa, offering pastured A2/A2 raw milk, soy-free eggs, pastured chicken, and more.

Our raw milk comes primarily from cows with Brown Swiss and Jersey genetics, making it richer in butterfat and protein than typical grocery-store milk. It’s a great fit for homestead cheesemaking: Brown Swiss milk is prized by cheesemakers for its balance of fat to protein, which helps produce a good yield of cheese per gallon. Jerseys are known for their high cream content, perfect for butter, ice cream and more.

Pickup routes coming: We’re gathering interest in group pickup routes across north-central Iowa, including Emmetsburg, Spencer, Spirit Lake, Estherville, Armstrong, Algona, Garner, Clear Lake, Mason City, Northwood, Forest City, West Bend, Humboldt, Fort Dodge, Manson, Storm Lake and Laurens.
