As 4th generation farmers, we understand that consumers today demand high quality meat that is free of antibiotics, added hormones and steroids. That is exactly what you get when you purchase from Rocky Oak Farms. Our animals are pasture-raised in a regenerative, stress-free environment just as nature intended. Years of experience has shown us that this system produces healthier cattle, pigs and chickens and leaner cuts of quality meat. We are located in Albion, MI.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed on a multitude of different forages and are rotated to fresh pasture on a daily basis. The cows consist of crosses of Red Angus, Hereford and Black Angus

We use Freedom Ranger meat chickens which are better foragers than the typical Cornish Rocks, they are good growers who are able to stay mobile and forage for their food right up until processing. They are moved 2 - 3 times a day in their chicken tractors to fresh forages and supplemented with a non gmo grain ration. Turkey's are also raised in the same manner.

Pigs are raised out on pastures and are able to graze a multitude of multiple forages. They are supplemented with a non gmo grain ration.

Our goal is to create quality meat that people can obtain locally and have a piece of mind knowing where their product is coming from and how it is raised. By using regenerative practices we have healthy animals, happy customers, and are creating a healthy environment for future generations.

Schedule and Location:
All of our products are direct marketed to our customers. We sell beef and pork as individual cuts and sides. Chickens are sold as whole birds. Turkeys are sold whole as well. Please email us with what your looking for. We do monthly meet ups in Jackson, Chelsea & Ann Arbor areas. Pickup at the farm is also available. Rocky Oak Farms raises 100% grass fed beef along with pastured pigs and meat chickens and rabbits. We also have pedigreed American rabbits available. We use all natural, regenerative practices.
