CSA: Jacob Springs Farm

Enjoy natural, pasture-raised meats through the growing season! Our CSA is a herd-share with 50 shares dividing 400 chickens, 6 hogs, 4 steers and 8 lambs. Premium share members also enjoy choice cuts as well as duck and rabbit instead of chicken for two of the sixteen weeks. Subtract $150 for limited work share discount. Weekly workshops free for CSA members; topics include food preparation (e.g. using organ meats), processing (e.g. breaking down a chicken), farming (e.g. beekeeping), and sustainability (e.g. holistic range management).
