K7 Farm is known as "that teaching farm" as our heart is in teaching our community the homesteading skills that have been such a blessing in our life. Our classes include topics such as canning, breadbaking, raising chickens, butchering chickens, processing deer, soapmaking, maple syruping, seed saving, seed starting, cooking and more. We do group and private classes. Our group classes are purposely kept small to encourage discussion and networking, and so students can feel comfortable.

We have recently added on garden consulting and a summer CSA. We do sell produce by special order, and any extra produce goes to the roadside stand. Our produce is grown using methods that are "better than organic," no pesticides or herbicides are used. Special attention is focused on soil health. Our garden has grown to be about 4 acres.

Schedule and Location:
CSA pickup is scheduled through members. CSA members get first dibs on extra produce. If you have an interest in produce, I do accept special orders before extra produce goes to the roadside stand. Please call, text or email to order. If you get my voicemail, please leave a message or follow up with a text, I am generally in the field most of the day and not able to answer my phone every time it rings.
